Job Responsibilities:
* Create budget forecasts and reconcile bank statements.
* Handle accounting transactions by entering accurate account information.
* Prepare entries for assets, liabilities, and capital accounts by gathering and analyzing account information.
* Close accounts monthly and annually.
* Conduct internal and external audits.
* Verify financial transactions by reviewing documents.
* Monitor timely payments and compliance with financial policies and regulations.
* Compile financial reports by gathering data and preparing balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
* Ensure data security by regularly backing up financial information.
Job Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
* Two years experience in same role.
* Familiarity with mathematical concepts and knowledge of accounting and financial procedures.
* Proficient in analysis, effective communication, and proficient in using computers.
