Principal responsibilities:
* To manage different components of workload, client services and other internal and external reporting on daily basis ensuring adherence to designated deadlines and controls.
* To investigate, analyze and resolve customer enquiries/requirements.
* To participate in other initiatives within Trade Operations to support business strategy and objectives.
* Monitoring of transactions to ensure it is completed.
Management of bank's policies and procedures, ensuring they are regularly
reviewed and updated by the appropriate owners
* To ensure process

Knowledge and skill requirements:
Minimum 3 years of Trade Finance experience/ Banking Operations and Client
Service together with up to date knowledge of current market practice.
The incumbent must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication
skills in to communicate transactional information and to resolve queries with
both internal and external clients together with an ability to understand the
client's business environment to predict client needs and to provide
appropriate solutions.
The incumbent must demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks and
priorities on a daily basis ensuring adherence to all risk control, compliance
and regulatory policies
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to priorities, multi-task and manage own and others workload.
Experience of carrying out admin tasks (i.e. taking minutes; drafting reports
/ documents)
Mandatory Qualifications / Skills:
* Any University Degree
* Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
* Strong analytical skills and excellent team-working skills.
* Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement
* Initiative, reliable and willing to work hard on high volume days
* Self-motivated, proactive and enthusiastic
* Professional telephone manner, communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications / Skills:
* Knowledge in L/G, LC, Collections and basic understanding of other trade products.
* Experience working within a matrix-style structure across a global team
