Job Purpose:
* The job holder contributes at both strategic and operational level to identify HR priorities and recommend appropriate people management solutions Business Partners provide support and advice to the Business and Support Heads for the development and implementation of key people strategies as they are the key interface between HR and the business They translate business requirements into HR practices also oversee the delivery of core human resource programs and processes This role deals with more complex stakeholders
Duties and responsibilities :
* Deliver best in class customer service experience across all touch points
* Deliver HR strategies practices aligned with business strategy to support achieving business goals
* Support with people practices around hiring rewards performance talent and retention
* Ensure HR Policies and processes are clearly communicated with staff and issues concerns appropriately raised and actioned
* Coach guide advice employees managers who have raised grievances disciplinary cases
* Review organization structures and make recommendations for cost effective structures with optimal spans of control that are aligned to the business strategy
* Align hiring promotion decisions to the structure and cost objectives
* Design implement people practices ensuring a healthy environment staff development and manage retention
* Develop and deliver an Emiratization strategy aligned to Banks and Units objectives
* Support in recruiting and deploying Nationals to meet the Nationalization targets set



  • Support the hiring for vacant positions in a timely manner by maintaining quality standards

  • Track and monitor the recruitment progress liaising with all respective stakeholders

  • Facilitate support and track employee engagement action plan implementation

  • Cascade employee engagement design inputs and scores to units


  • Support development of unit specific plan and bank wide initiatives




  • Liaise closely with employee champions to ensure action plans are strategically designed and implemented



  • Obtain updates and track progress of the plan and the initiatives

  • Provide inputs in the design of business focused L&D programs that are aligned to the business initiatives and enhance leadership capabilities of key executives, UAE Nationals, top talents, and high performers.

  • Track and ensure delivery to meet unit priorities


Qualifications

Qualifications :

* Bachelor or master's degree in human resources management
* Certification from an internationally recognized body e.g. CIPD/SHRM
Experience:
* Minimum ‎7 -‎10 years of HR experience ideally across more than ‎1 HR area of specialization
Knowledge and skills :
* Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills
* Strong knowledge of HR policies best practices and systems including MS Office Strong knowledge of labor law and related management
* Influencing persuading coaching and negotiating skills
* Ability to multitask in a fast paced department and can deal with ambiguity
* Agility the flexible to manage many initiatives to be delivered within very stretched timelines
* Proactive Customer Centric and solution focused
* Self motivated able to work autonomously
