smooth service delivery.
1.3 Greets guests upon arrival offering assistance at all times.
1.4 Maintains an up to date knowledge of the hotel and local services
supplying information and responding to guest queries.
1.5 Maintains awareness of guest profile through Opera guest profile system.
1.6 Ensures that the guest luggage is carried from arrival point to room and
from room to departure point on check out.
1.7 Deals promptly, efficiently and pleasantly with incoming calls.
1.8 Handles all messages, mail and packages for guests and staff ensuring they
are delivered at the appropriate time in a professional manner.
1.9 Delivers morning newspapers to rooms.
