Job Description



  • Managing the Senior Directors' calendar and the business diary

  • Reserve meeting rooms for team members and coordinate with external guests

  • Meet and greet clients and other guests and ensure a pleasant experience

  • Assist the Office Manager with administrative tasks, e.g. Finance, Travel, Projects, etc.

  • Managing incoming calls, emails, and other communications ordering supplies and maintaining the office in good operations

  • Assisting the wider team with administrative functions when required


The Successful Applicant



  • Experience with the DIFC/DFSA is required

  • Proven relevant experience offering administrative support for a major corporation

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree is highly regarded

  • Solid expertise with the Microsoft Office Suite

  • Excellent interpersonal, time management, adaptability, and multitasking abilities

  • Outstanding customer service and communication abilities

  • Detail-oriented and capable of working independently

  • Excellent organiser and collaborative spirit
