Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced, motivated individual with a broad spectrum
of skills to take on a crucial role in our customer service and client
relations department.
Core Responsibilites
* Qualify Members for investment tours
* Push to travel qualified members to Dubai
* Achieve a substantial tour conversion rate monthly
* Ensure a full book of business for arrivals and scheduled tours monthly
* Generate member referrals
* Market and sell memberships
* Handle all qualified member queries/complaints
* Ensure member satisfaction and overall positive experience during their visit to Dubai
