Skill: PMO - Project Management
Role / Tier: Consultant/ Tier 3
* Managing assigned IT projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, scope of project and resource planning.
* Developing, maintaining, and revising proposals for assigned projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.
* Sets and tracks project milestones manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed.
* Establishes and implements project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and stakeholders.
* Collects, analyzes, and summarizes information and trends as needed to prepare project status reports.
* Executing BRD s and FSD s documentations in order to get the Scope defined with timelines and budgeting finalization for smooth Project initiation.
* Preparing Project plans through MPM with business and ITD sign offs.
* Handling a team of 20 plus team members which consist of Technical leads, Business Analyst, Developers and Testers.
* Weekly checks on resource planning, budgeting, vendor management, contracting and legal sign offs.
Qualifications
B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science or any relevant discipline
