Job Summary:
This position will assist FIG Relationship Managers in META region in a
variety of tasks related to day to day client management, risk memos, annual
reviews, profitability reporting, limit management and specific projects
assigned by line management.
Key Activities:
Key responsibilities under this role can be divided in 3 key areas;
A. Client Engagement:
This role will play an important role to support the bankers on client
activity linked to business development including but not limited to the
following;
Coordinates with bankers & product partners on client follow-ups and
documentation Liaises between bankers, customer support and WF network on
specific transactional matters and escalations
Risk is one of the key activities where the candidate will support RM
community on certain risk activities linked to Due Diligence and Credit;
B. Risk Management:
* Assists in completion of FCRM related memos and transactional alerts
* Backs up bankers when they are out of office
* Assists in arranging client meetings including briefings/call debrief
* Partner with Risk Analysts to manage incoming and outgoing RFI requests with clients
* Supports sourcing of KYC documentation and related client follow-ups
* Collates industry reports, bank data; assists bankers in credit reviews, renewals and limit management
* Provides support with credit memo preparation (primary RM responsibility)
C . Miscellaneous:
* On a regular basis the line manager may involve the candidate in certain projects
* Support the RMs on client events and related internal approvals
* Provide regular MIS reporting, Pipeline reviews etc
Required Qualifications, International:
Ideal candidate should have the following experience:
* Relevant work experience in a similar business / client support role with a financial institution
* Basic understanding of banking products and services
* Strong written & verbal communication in English. Arabic / French may be a plus
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard CRM tools
* Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude and willing team player
* Capacity to handle customer facing situations
* Ability to meet tight deadlines and efficient in time management
