Halian are recruiting a Finance Assistant to support the Emerging Markets
Executive and Management teams for all finance administration activity.
Your Responsibilities
* Manage the Finance environment to ensure smooth running of all facilities for staff, partners and clients
* Expense Claim Management. Collating expense claims for approval and payment.
* Petty cash management. Prepare monthly liquidation reports.
* Raise cheques and update cheque trackers
* Establish a good relationship with the bank when it comes to corporate account, banking facility and personal banking requirements
* Manage timesheet analysis and send to HR 1 week before payroll to action any pending timesheets
* Manage and track costs allocated to immigration & visa processing across for UAE & KSA for HQ and Halian contractors
Your Qualifications
* Bachelors degree in finance or relevant finance qualification
* 2-5 years experience with strong knowledge of double entry bookkeeping and Excel
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with colleagues from different disciplines
