Title: Office & Sales Administrator
Location: Dubai
Responsibilities:
The role of the Office & Sales Administrator is to support the Sales team with
the administration and submission of contracts, as well as general support
tasks.
The successful candidate will support internal sales colleagues with the
following:
* Generate sales contracts as required
* Generate renewal letters when required
* General sales administration
* General HR office management
* Assisting the regional manager with office/parking lease renewal
* Liaising with office providers i.e. DEWA, Etisalat, DU, etc.
* Ad hoc projects/requests
Plus other duties as and when required.
Qualifications and Experience:
This role will require solid administration experience, good attention to
detail and strong Excel and Word skills.
You will:
* Have a strong understanding of Word and Excel
* Have at least two years' experience in a similar role to be able to carry out this role
* Highly motivated, demonstrating a proactive attitude and ability to use initiative
* Excellent attention to detail
* Very good command of business English and other languages would be an advantage
* Has the ability to take on more responsibility over time
* Experience with using Salesforce and other CRM databases is desirable but not essential. Training will be provided
