Instrument Assembler

As an Instrument Assembler, you will be assisting the FCV Business Unit
manufacture products to conform with specifications, procedure, and
certification requirement in assembly line. This includes assembly of
standalone Instruments. This role does not limit only to assembly but also
will include periodic maintenance, trainings to subordinate, problem solving,
packing, reporting team with daily activities. You will be responsible to
liase with the Manufacturing Engineer, Supervisors & Material Warehouse team
Your role responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the
following:
* Performs all duties as assigned using required PPE and safety requirements
* Assembly of instruments for pressure, temperature, and level measurement
* Calibration, Nameplates, Testing and packing of instrument's
* Handling of Calibration Reference Instruments
* Issuing certificates - Certificates of Compliance ‎2.1
* Repair and problem-solving actions on instruments
* Calibration of instruments fixed with valves
* Maintain daily production output rate to coordinate kit movement from stores.
* Work with planners on upcoming instruments orders in order to meet factory service levels
* Coordinate with team to enhance 5s and safety improvement activities
What do I need to be considered for this role?
* Eligible candidates should have a Technical diploma/ degree or equivalent.
* The Candidate Should have knowledge of manufacturing function, with preference to instrumentation.
