Ensuring the work processes from requirements planning to punctual delivery
Preparation and visualization of decision-relevant data (standard reports and
ad hoc analyses) across all purchasing areas
Monitoring, reporting and expansion of all relevant KPIs
Supporting the manager in day-to-day operations
Process optimization with all departments involved
Participation in projects and responsibility for sub-projects
Successfully completed studies (business administration or logistics or
similar) or completed commercial training with relevant professional
experience
Pronounced affinity for numbers and data
Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel
Good knowledge of Power - BI desirable
Independent, analytical and structured way of working as well as problem-
solving skills
Team spirit and communication skills
