What you 'll do
Serve as the main point of contact for all guest requests and needs, including
necessary items delivery and following up to ensure satisfaction with result.
Ensure handling of all guests' requests within standard priority time.
Prepare pantries and all necessary amenities, linen, towels and other items
according to operation requirements.
Assist Housekeeping Coordinator with stores organization as well as uniform
room.
Deliver and collect all laundry orders according to guest requests.

This role requires the ability to move and lift up to ‎25 lbs. Standing,
sitting or walking for extended periods of time and ensuring a professional
demeanor, clear communication and appearance in a clean uniform are also
required. Prior to employment, we'll ask you to complete safety training and
certification.
