Keep up to date the logs of the microbiology analyzes for the calculation of
the weekly and monthly hygiene KPIs of the plant.
Generate the microbiology indicators. Organize, tidy and clean the
microbiology laboratory.
Monitor the maintenance, calibration and service of microbiology laboratory
instruments.
Ensure and verify compliance with the SSOP procedures and instructions
corresponding to the assigned area.
Comply with the corresponding Process Catalog Quality Plan. Hygiene and BPMS.
Participate, together with Manufacturing, in the immediate corrections to
correct deviations in microbiology.
Coordinate the integral management of pests with the external supplier. in the
determination and execution of immediate corrections to comply with quality
standards. Participate in scheduled training and induction programs.
You Must Have Bachelors Degree in Microbiology.
Must have Experience of 3 years Local Or International.
