Job Summary.
NOV Wellbore Technologies is actively recruiting a Customer Support/Supply
Chain Analyst Rep in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will deliver
exceptional service to our Internal / External customers by balancing supply
with demand while managing a smooth, steady load to the manufacturing
facilities.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Works directly with customers either by telephone or electronically
* Execute planned MRP messages within 24 hrs. - Daily
* Address exception messages in a manner that minimizes cost and impact to customer's delivery requirements.
* Work with CRP process to establish all front-end requirements prior to issuing orders to the manufacturing facility when necessary.
* Review Unusual Demand Orders - work with Sales and Production Scheduling Team to ensure Promised deliveries meet "Rules of Engagement" policy.
* Communicate special customer requirements (inside GOP, certification levels, country of origin etc.) to the manufacturing facilities
* Utilize existing excess inventory
* Identify conversion possibilities and issue orders as necessary to utilize dead inventory
* Work closely with Demand Management Team and Hub Managers to make necessary adjustments to the safety stock as needed at the mfg. facilities
* Work closely with Production Scheduling at the manufacturing facilities to meet customers' expectations or communicate changes in planned deliveries
* Supply weekly backlog and open purchase order reports to District field locations.
* Monitor to validate on time deliveries, expedite as necessary to maintain planned dates.
* Hold weekly/bi-weekly meetings with District stores to review backlog reports and relay/communicate customer(s) expectations to the appropriate Demand coordinator.
* Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
* Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
* Education in a relevant subject.
* 3-5 years' experience within customer service or sales support within Manufacturing or Oil and Gas considered an asset
REQUIRED SKILLS :
* Excellent telephone skills and computer knowledge with proficiency in database management and word processing
* Demonstrated proficiency in composing written communications
* High energy level, comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities within a fast-paced environment
