Responsibility
Manage the customer demand planning for assigned product portfolio in Greater
MEA markets. Conduct S&OP process aligned with global strategy.
KPIs : Forecast Attainment / Accuracy, Days Inventory On hand, Excess / IOS
Inventory and Customer Fill Rate.
Key Job Responsibilities
* Customer Demand Planning
Analyze and optimize the demand forecast. Understand the source of demand as
having alignment with sales, category and marketing organization and
initiatives. Make demand forecast aligned to short term sales results and
middle / long term company's growth, as understanding appropriate product
portfolio, category, market analysis.
* Supply Planning
Analyze and optimize supply. Execute stable and efficient product supply
through analyzing sales performance and demand forecast. Work closely with
sales, category and marketing teams on new product introduction process.
Analyze and minimize excess / IOS inventory thorough cooperation and
relationship with finance and sales functions.
* Local Planning
Analyze and plan spare parts inventory and purchasing as monitoring repair
service usage.
Monitor and make appropriate inventory move between local warehouses.
Key Competencies and Skills
Data oriented, analytical and logical thinking
Strong communication, teamwork and problem solving skills
SAP / SCM / BI reporting knowledge and IT literacy with advanced MS office
skills
Experience in Kinaxis Rapid Response is preferred
Education and Experience requirements
University / College graduated
7 year's business, 5 year's Supply Chain Planning experience
Business level English, fluency in written and spoken
Experience in project management, sales and / or marketing preferred
