Position Description
The Customer Service Agent - Finance will be responsible for initiating and
responding to all student finance related communications ensuring a high level
of customer service is maintained.
Key areas of responsibility include but are not limited to the following:
* Manage all incoming student related finance queries (email, WhatsApp, phone and in person) responding to all queries within the agreed SLA's.
* Distribute all standard student finance related communications (email, WhatsApp and phone)
* Assist the Senior Credit Controller with chasing outstanding tuition fees (phone and email)
* Ensure high levels of customer service is maintained throughout all activities undertaken
* Assist the Accounts Receivables Team with data entry into the relevant financial systems
* Assist the Senior Credit Controller with any other Accounts Receivables tasks during peak times
Education and Experience
Essential :
* Bachelors Degree
* 3+ years working in a customer service role
Desirable
* Experience in the education sector in the UAE
* Finance experience
* Knowledge and experience in using Oracle
Knowledge and Skills
Essential
* A high level of written and spoken English (IELTS 6 or above)
* Strong IT knowledge and skills
* A strong effective communicator.
* A solid understanding of customer service best practices
Desirable
* Knowledge and experience in using Oracle.
