Role Summary:
The HR Generalist will perform the administrative parts of the HR function and
work as part of the regional HR team on implementing the HR transformation
journey in the countries of the region. S/he will be assigned specific
geographical areas as main HR contact person and act as SME for certain topics
and projects (employee engagement, talent management, employer branding, etc.)

Location: Based in Dubai, UAE – Handling ME & Africa
Reporting to: HR Director
Supervising: None
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
* Act as first point of contact for employees on HR-related queries.
* Perform administrative functions of the human resources department.
* Collaborate and drive HR projects together with the regional HR team for Middle East and Africa and the local Management in the countries.
* Support in local sourcing / recruiting activities, on-boarding, performance management, and training.
* Liaise with staff in other departments and with external contacts.
* Support HR Director in daily activities and supervise the HR activities for staff members.
* Create and maintain employee records in HRMS (personal master data, organizational structure).
* Support in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, employee handbooks, etc.
* Maintain organizational charts and create presentations.
* Support in payroll-related duties.
* Generate letters and HR memos.
* Abide by and promote the company’s health and safety measures
Skills and Qualifications:
* ‎5 to ‎7 years of experience in different HR roles with increasing levels of responsibility and cross-country exposure.
* Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / HR / Psychology; Master degree in HRM or CIPD/SHRM
* Fluent in spoken and written English; Arabic and French are a plus.
* Understanding of different labor laws of the region is a plus.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong project management and time management skills.
* Self-organized with a high degree of autonomy.
* Advanced knowledge in Office ‎365; MS Excel.
* Experience in SAP/ Success Factors / Workday / Oracle is a plus.
