Junior Inventory Controller (Female)
Job Responsibilities :
* Updating and reconciling the sales and purchases for all brands on a daily basis.
* Generate and validate the stock level for all brands on a daily basis
* Keep a record of the invoice/packing list of all foreign/local purchases
* Reconcile all purchases booked in the system against the account dept at the end of every month.
* Follow up with the logistics team for the confirmation of goods receipt and the corresponding scanned/intake/shipment file
* Fix the technical issues in the sales or purchase files coordinating with the shop, IT team and the principal if necessary.
* Provide the validated stock holding report to the brand managers at the time of sales period
* Send the validated stock holding to the accounts dept at the end of every month along with the supporting documents
* Update the Physical Inventory in the system after validating all the transactions against the shop register
* Conduct Cycle Count and Inventory in the stores if necessary
* Support Inventory Assistants for completing their tasks if needed
* Collect the necessary master files from the Buying Manager, download the same to the inventory package and transfer the data to the various store locations
* Update the price changes to the inventory package and transfer the data to the store locations
* Generate the dummy Goods Received Note(GRN) and obtain necessary confirmation from Merchandising Manager/Accounts for the correctness of cost/retail price/gross margin before updating the GRN in the system
* Responsible for update of the Stock/GRN file, stock transfers, sales file and the physical variance report in the respective inventory package
* Keep a record of all damages/ written off stock for all the brands and adjustment with the approval of the authorized personnel
* Reconciliation of closing stock on the basis of all stores and DC.
* Prepare monthly stock movement report and submit it to the concerned department
* Provide stock holding information to the respective personnel at HO as and when needed

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
* A qualification in Materials/ Logistics Management is desirable Sound knowledge of the industry
* Excellent communication Skills
* Must have attention to detail
* Highly organized, a proactive self-starter and a team player
* Flexible and able to work in a busy environment
