Erudio Early Childhood Center is looking to hire a Receptionist in Dubai.
Desirable Qualifications & Experience:
* Must be proficient in ICT skills, Data & Record Keeping and have excellent communication & organizational skills.
* Proficient in English
* Minimum of 2 years - experience in a similar role
The Receptionist is responsible for:
Daily Duties
* Great visitors on arrival
* Handling inquiries
* Answer & screen telephone calls before transferring calls
* Assist Staff, Center Administrator and Center Manager with printing, copying and laminating documents & resources
* Ensuring the reception and waiting area are clean, safe and welcoming
Weekly
Collecting the Maintenance Lists from teachers
Monthly
Checking the calendar for regular pest controls, water tank cleaning etc
Other Duties
* Assisting the Center Administrator with administration duties and act as '2nd in command' in her absence
* Attending training and insets where applicable
