About The Role

Palm, food and beverage team is looking for someone like you!
As an Assistant Manager in our outdoors team you will be assisting the Outdoor
Operations Manager in achieving the stated objectives in sales, cost control
and colleague retention whilst ensuring the highest possible standard of guest
experience. You will possess a understanding of restaurant operations and have
extensive product knowledge. Maintaining a complete understanding of all
policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training
programs is an essential part of this role.

The ideal candidate must have five years of overall experience and a minimum
two years of relevant Outdoor experience or other experience related to this
field. You will have played a key role in managing teams and previous
international exposure within 5-star hotel environment. You must demonstrate a
clear passion for the Food & Beverage industry, guest experience and a
willingness to learn as well as be naturally comfortable with working in pool
and beach environment.
