Job Description
To serve the needs of the business, our guests and our team members by
ensuring the effective management of all the financial matters of the hotel.
To ensure that all purchases and expenses incurred by the property are
correctly allocated to operating areas and payment is made to respective
creditor facilities.
As a member of the finance department, this role is responsible for ensuring
that all the financial affairs of the hotel are conducted to the highest
standards of honesty and integrity. High ethical standards are necessary to
maintain both competitive advantage and the pride and confidence of our
associates, and to provide quality products and services to customers and
clients.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
* At least 3 years experience in a similar role.
* Strong math, typing, and computer skills, especially with bookkeeping software.
* Excellent communication, research, problem-solving, and time management skills.
