We are looking to recruit an experienced male or female Gym Membership
Consultant to join the team at a progressive and modern fitness facility in
Dubai.
This role is a full time position with a basic salary of AED 5500 and an
attractive commission scheme. The package will also include an employment
visa, medical insurance, annual flights, and 30 days paid leave.
Essential duties and responsibilities include:
* Driving the business forward with generating new customers
* Develop and grow your personal accounts
* Ensure monthly/quarterly sales targets are achieved
* Generate leads through both online and offline channels.
* Building and maintaining a professional relationship with clients
* Building partnerships with other businesses
* Pitching our product range to new clients
* Generate sales reports to provide feedback on effectiveness of campaigns
* Assist the team with innovative ways to build marketing campaigns that would translate to higher leads
Required Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

3 years of previous experience in Sales & Business Development in the fitness
industry
* Strong knowledge in producing sales reports
* Experience with Microsoft Office
* Experience with photography and videography edits
* Age Group: 23-33

Organised, professional, and responsible
*
Excellent communication skills
* Preferred nationalities: European / Arab
* A Bachelor Degree would be advantageous but not required
