Freight Forwarders Agent Hiring For Renown House

Job Responsibilities:

Book, register and schedule, optimize and plan transports, FTL and PTL.
Notify customers - Book slot times and confirm delivery in our customers'
various systems.
Maintain a high level of customer service and customer support towards our
customers, suppliers and foreign partners.
That bookings are picked up and delivered by agreement - Ensure that we keep
our promises.
Daily contact with shipping companies.
Do business with other freight forwarders, as well as new and old customers.
Leave prices, quotes and tailor shipments according to the customer 's
needs.

Job Requirements:

• You have worked or are working in forwarding, and you have a few years of experience.


• You are service-oriented and you do not hesitate to make an extra effort to help customers and colleagues.


• You are a problem solver and create trust through your proposed and creative solutions.
