JOB PURPOSE:
To ensure that all Managed Transportation Services, Chauffeur and Events
within Abu Dhabi, Dubai and the Northern
Emirates are running accordingly to set schedules, budget targets and Contract
Requirements. Further to this will
manage the relationship at all levels between the Clients, assigned teams and
its supporting functions within Hertz.
This must be achieved in the most cost effective and efficient way as
continuous improvement is the paramount in
achieving the financial and operational targets.

Job Description :

• Operations (Supervision of driver pool and support all Bussing & Chauffeur requirements)


• Reporting


• Cost Effectiveness and Efficiency


• Customer complaints and resolution


• Management

. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS REQUIRED :

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent


• Good communication and presentational (written and verbal) skills


• Excellent customer interaction skills


• Good Working knowledge in Computer (Excel & MS )

Minimum Experience:
* At least ‎2 year experience in managing projects in an similar role
* Over ‎2 year's experience working in the Passenger Transport industry.

• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.


• Ability to plan and organize effectively
