VIE COMMUNICATION & TALENT ACQUISITION EXECUTIVE M/F

Reporting to the HR Manager and Talent Development Lead in Middle-East &
India, your first role will be to contribute and deploy the Employee
Engagement Strategy for the Middle East & India Market ( Office & Retail
population) in order to ensure the commitment of each employee. You will
support and participate also in the Retail Recruitment journey. And you will
be in charge of the "Employer Brand" implementation for the Market.
Your main responsibilities are :
* Employee Engagement Strategy :
Participate and contribute to the Employee Engagement strategy implemented
through:
§Animation of the Internal Communication Committee: relaying information and
maintaining links with employees
§Writing articles and diverse communications
§Management, coordination, and updating of different communication channels:
Intranet, Newsletter Digital, Printed Magazine, Emailing…
§Ensuring the Intranet Community's implementation
§Coordination of our Onboarding journey ( events, tools…) and different
events: conferences, activities, after-work, escapades…
§Support of the Well Being Program implementation
§Analyze data and take the ownship to bring new ideas: tools, ways to
communicate, identity, etc
* Retail Recruitment:
Support daily the HR Retail team on their recruitment: briefing, posting,
interview and follow up.
* Employer Brand:
Implement partnerships and actions with schools - universities in the Region
Globally, you will participate in the development and implementation of major
transversal HR Development programs for Office and Retail.
You have a master degree and a first experience as an Internal Communication
executive or in a role similar in an international company. Recruitment
experience will be a real advantage.
You have excellent relation and communication skills as well as a real sense
of service. You are organized, multi-task and dynamic in your communication.
You are at ease with human relation and intercultural environment. You are
creative and like to work in a project way. Your coordination skills, your
capacity to structure ideas and your ability to take initiatives will be key
to succeeding in this position.
And you have talking and writing skills.
English and pack office are a must.
French would be a real advantage.
