Main Purpose of the role
The CCM has responsibilities in a form matrix where he/she will be responsible
for specific categories and countries at the same time. He/she is responsible
for developing and implementing the activation plan that supports the
objectives of our brands and the customer/country. Lead the development
execution of brand/category solutions & activities for customers/countries
based on fully integrated, shopper, customer, and brand insights systems (PLM
& GMMD) activities those input main system (SAP)
Roles & Responsibilities
* Manage perfect execution of the activity plan by continuously keeping contact with the key account management team
and responsible for excellent in store shopper activation and communication,
drive shopper insights into action and end
to end in store activation management
* Create annual Customer Marketing plan including trade event plan, channel/shopper job to be done, budget requirement
and shopper activation plan in line with Category and brand jobs to be done
* Support Key Account team with assortment recommendation in case of new product launches and current portfolio gaps.
planograms, cross merchandising units, secondary placements
* Support both Key Account with up-to-date market information on the customer/category mid and long-term key
trends/performance/ competitors/shopper behavior based on data from multiple
terminals
* Supports the development of customer & shopper insights. Translate insights into business building opportunities within specific
customers/channels
* Supports the building of account/channel specific Customer marketing plans to deliver category/brand objectives
(CMP) in conjunction with Brand Marketing Plan (BMP) and Customer Business
Plan (CBP)
* Work with Country managers and field merchandising team to ensure excellence in in-store activation on time in full deployment and
delivery of integrated Customer Business Plan and Customer Marketing Plan
* Support with internal business plan (IBP) to be in line with the joint business plan (JBP) for the year for key customers
* Manage 3P supplier for point-of-sale material production, landing, deployment

* Combination of sales and marketing experience is ideal.
* Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
