DESCRIPTION

John Taylor Dubai is looking for a Property Consultant who will manage the
entire transaction process of a property purchase, sale, lease or rental.
This position is best geared to consultants who have excellent interpersonal
skills and are able to manage a large portfolio of clients.
Consultants must be knowledgeable about the real estate market and able to
provide expert advice to their clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consult with clients throughout the real estate transaction process and offer advice on how to best market their home and how to best position themselves to purchase a home


• Oversee and negotiate the terms of contract for real estate sales and purchases


• Understand and be able to consult with clients about your local real estate market


• Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms


• Determine clients' needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them


• Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing


• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value


• Display and market real property to possible buyers


• Maintain and update listings of available properties


• Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services


• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in Dubai real estate is preferred.


• Ability to communicate at all levels with stakeholders by phone, e-mail and face to face.


• Ability to work in a multicultural environment.


• Languages: English is a must, additional languages are a bonus.
