would like hands-on experience in a local engineering firm? If so, the
Mechanical Engineering Intern position may be the perfect fit for you!
We are looking for a motivated student to assist our Mechanical Engineering
team. The ideal candidate would be someone that would be able to work year-
round (at least 20 hours a week during the school year and 40 hours during the
school breaks).
Essential Functions
* Assist the Mechanical Engineering team with design of custom automated equipment using SolidWorks
* Assist the Engineering and Operations teams with managing part lists and Bill of Materials (BOMs)
* Various other Engineering tasks
Required Skills And Experience
* SolidWorks experience
* Demonstrated organizational skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Thrives working in a challenging, constantly changing environment
* Able to work with ambiguous instructions or assignments
Desirable Additional Qualifications
* Interest in Industrial Automation or Manufacturing a plus
* Experience with engineering projects a plus
