Department Description:
The position is part of International Markets RBWM Sales Desk The task is to
provide execution and market information on global listed and margin products
ranging from Equities ETFs CFDs OTC and listed derivativesfutures and options
which includes treasuries FX and Commodities The unit exists to service
Investment Sales teams and IAs of Private Banking Priority Banking Business
Banking Personal Banking as well as VIP customers who requires direct access
to global markets The unit provides timely information on markets keep
customers updated on market movements and take orders for execution The
primary bottom line of this position is to increase revenues from customers by
providing a one stop shop for all market activities It will generate
additional income for the business segments
Brief Description:
The purpose of this position is to handle all equity flows on the desk All
orders on the night desk are received directly from a large number of direct
access customers from various segments of the bank and due to the growing list
there are high number of calls coming through The trader would help execute
orders give market information prices and provide an allround support for the
night shift Trader has to handle very demanding asset managers who give orders
simultaneously for several portfolios The job role will require the candidate
to work flexi hours to ensure round the clock trading access for customers The
holidays for this role are also as per US market trading holidays
Detailed Description:
Provide seamless execution on electronic and voice platforms to customers of
the bank as well as RMs and IAs This job as part of the International Markets
desk is to provide customers timely execution by voice and electronic means in
the FX Equity and Derivative markets
Job Requirements:
Handle client calls and provide regular market updates
Manage buy and sell orders received over phone OMS EMSX
Ensure best execution of all orders choosing appropriate algo based on order
size and market liquidity
Maintain balances for buy vs sell
Client MTM and margin call monitoring
Adhere to local regulatory policies and trading venue rules
Execute client orders in line with best execution practices
Additional Details:
Have a good working relationship with business segments and WM Ops Coordinate
funding with Tanfeeth Settlements team
To liaise with various external counterparties we trade with and keep up to
date with any changes on exchanges and organizations
Needs to have the capacity to find alternative channels immediately
Keep customers informed if markets adversely affect their positions and
suggest alternatives
