Early Career Opportunity:


Boehringer Ingelheim is hiring a TGoA (Talent, Governance and Analytics)
Intern in Dubai, UAE. This role will provide overall support to the
Talent, Governance and Analytics team in IMETA (India, Middle East, Turkey,
Africa). This person will work collaboratively with colleagues in the regional
function as well as offer support to the wider HR functions located in the
region. This role will be supporting Career & Development initiatives along
with Organisational Development initiatives.
This internship opportunity will be on a full-time basis for ‎6 months.


Tasks & Responsibilities:



  • Manage the process of administering, communicating, and tracking individuals, leaders, and teams through their various development programs

  • Assisting in setting up in person or virtual events

  • Supporting the facilitator during sessions in person or virtually

  • Curating and publishing self-development content for all employees using digital learning platforms i.e., topics of interest, useful skills, etc.

  • Providing administerial support on all meetings involving the function and business stakeholders- note keeping, meeting themes, etc.

  • Assisting business with performance management tool, performance management data storing process, and results distribution

  • Promoting Talent, Governance and Analytics content about through various platforms

  • Manage purchasing process in collaboration with Purchasing and Finance departments

  • Vendor administration through all developmental initiatives

  • Creating content (training design using online collaboration tool / presentation tools) for all current and future initiatives


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in any related field

  • Confident in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

  • Desire and passion for the field of HR and talent management

  • A general knowledge of business fundamentals and organizational practices

  • High attention to detail and excellent organization skills

  • Impeccable written and verbal English communication skills

  • Ability to manage stakeholders confidently and confidentially

  • Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and demonstrate high level of agility

  • Strong work ethic with a commitment to high quality service

  • Ability to work effectively independently, as well as part of a highly collaborative team

  • Valid UAE Visa issued by Dubai and medical insurance

  • Visa sponsorship by university, family, or spouse
