* Job Description
* Handle all inquiries from callers with regards to sales and reservation.
* Take reservations.
* Complete all reservation administration such as: forms, guarantee letter (if required), Confirmation letter.
* Entry the reservation into the system.
* Liaise with other departments to follow up specific request from residents before check in.
* Provide relevant reports for Sales Team and Front Office with regards to room reservation and blocking and future forecast.
* Assist other related matters of sales team.
* Handle any other job assigned by management from time to time.
* Job Requirement
* 2 years of relevant experience.
* Proficient in English.
* Able to speak Arabic fluently, other languages as French is a plus.
* Based in Dubai.
