We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacist to join our
team at HatchFit Physiotherapy Clinic. The ideal candidate will play a crucial
role in ensuring the safe and effective dispensing of medications,
collaborating with healthcare professionals, and contributing to the overall
success of our clinic.
Responsibilities:
* Medication Dispensing:
* Accurately dispense prescription medications in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
* Provide clear and concise instructions to patients regarding medication usage, potential side effects, and precautions.
* Patient Consultation:
* Offer professional advice to patients on the proper use of medications and potential drug interactions.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals within the clinic to optimize patient care and outcomes.
* Inventory Management:
* Monitor and manage pharmaceutical inventory to ensure adequate stock levels and prevent shortages.
* Conduct regular audits to track expiration dates and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Regulatory Compliance:
* Stay abreast of local and national pharmacy regulations and standards.
* Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines related to the practice of pharmacy.
* Customer Service:
* Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries, concerns, and ensuring a positive experience.
* Health Education:
* Contribute to patient education programs, promoting wellness and medication adherence.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution.
* Valid pharmacist license issued by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA).
* Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and ethical standards.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in medication dispensing.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
* Previous experience in a clinical or hospital pharmacy setting is preferred.
