The Role
The Helper is responsible for providing assistance and support to other team
members in a variety of tasks and duties. They are expected to perform a range
of manual labor and general maintenance tasks as assigned by their supervisor.
This role requires physical strength, attention to detail, and the ability to
work well in a team. Responsibilities: - Assist in loading and unloading of
goods and materials - Perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks such as
sweeping, mopping, and dusting - Help with the installation of equipment and
fixtures - Assist in the setup and teardown of events and functions - Follow
safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment -
Operate and maintain equipment and tools properly - Report any maintenance or
safety issues to the supervisor - Maintain inventory of supplies and materials
- Make deliveries and pickups as required - Assist other team members in their
tasks as needed - Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent - Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks - Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team - Good communication skills - Attention to detail and ability to multitask - Basic knowledge of maintenance and cleaning procedures - Familiarity with safety guidelines and procedures - Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed - Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if required for the position)
