The Monetization Strategy and Operation team plays a crucial role in
empowering TikTok's sales teams to achieve scalable and strategic revenue
growth. Responsible for revenue planning and pricing, operational efficiency
in tools and sales processes, providing insightful decision support, and
fostering productive cross-functional partnerships within internal teams. This
team is integral to our success in the dynamic landscape of digital marketing.
Responsibilities:
* Participate in supporting and implementation of regional operational projects. Work as a coordinator to assist cross-functional projects and communications, to ensure projects are completed as scheduled
* Daily operations including billing & payment, contract management, account management etc
* Perform weekly system revenue reconciliations to ensure system accuracy.
* Perform Adhoc reporting requirements for data hygiene and analysis.
Qualifications
Qualifications
* Currently studying for a B.S./M.S./M.A. degree, preferably in business, analytics or engineering, graduating in 2025.
* Arabic speaking is a plus
* Preferred international education experience.
* Exhibits good business acumen, international mindset, strong analytical skills, ability to work in a cross-cultural environment;
* Strong attention to detail, ability to operate in a fast-paced environment;
* Have good communication skills, team spirit and strong execution ability,
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
* Successful candidates must start in April, May or June 2024. An exact start date will be discussed during the interview process.
