a. Review the legislation cases assigned to the incumbent as a team leader,
ensure that they contain all the required attachments, and research all
relevant technical and legislative aspects of the cases.
b. Participate in preparing and drafting, in coordination with the work team,
the local legislation proposed by government entities in the Emirate and
federal legislation.
c. Participate in considering, in coordination with the work team, the
feedback provided by government entities on draft federal legislation; and
provide the relevant legal comments.
d. Participate in reviewing the MoU's and international treaties submitted by
local government entities or competent federal government authorities; and
follow up on the same until they are approved by the competent authorities.
e. Where required, participate in preparing and drafting, in coordination with
the work team, legal memoranda and explanatory notes concerning the
legislation in force in the Emirate.
Qualifications
Bachelor 's degree in Law with a minimum of two (2) years' experience.
