Job Purpose: Provide timely support to QA team in executing all the activities
of quality assurance department including implementation of IMS, business
excellence initiatives and administrative issues. Job Outline: - Compliance
Management System: Support QAC in executing Risk Assessment and aspect/impact
analysis of all the activities at DNAO. Provide support in keeping IMS
documentation, including manuals, management system procedures, SOPs, WI etc,
up to date at all locations. Carry out analysis of departments? quality,
environment, health & safety and financial KPI for management review meetings.
- Auditing: Prepare the audit and review schedules. Take part in audits as
team member. Coordinate with all QAS for collating audit results, recording
nonconformities, following-up on corrective actions and analysis of result in
Q-pulse. Provide logistic and administrative support during the process.
Liaise with line department for preparation and implementation of action plan.
Ensure audit findings are properly addressed. - Customer Relationship
Management: Manage and administer Customer Feedback and Response system by
using DNCRM module. Regularly audit the process to ensure that all complaints
are addressed in a timely manner. Conduct trainings on DNCRM process. Provide
support, when needed, in coordinating customer audits. - Training Support:
Prepare annual training plan in consultation with QAM and organize trainings
accordingly. Update training records in Oracle Learning Management (OLM)
system of all the trainings conducted by QA department. - Dubai Quality Award:
Facilitate line departments in gathering results required by DQA criteria.
Plan and conduct awareness training, maintain relevant documents and records.
Collate information in an organized manner for preparing DQA submission
document. - Perception Measurement: Organizes all the elements of the survey,
encourages staff, airlines and other concerned to complete and return
questionnaires and provides advice required in filling out forms, etc. Keep
all relevant records in soft and/or hard copies as necessary. - Improvement
projects: Work under directives of QAM/QAS prepare project plan, maintain
relevant records and documents. Assist the Project Manager and Superintendent,
where applicable, in the day to day duties of a project's administration.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date logs, track responses and advise the Project
Manager. Perform additional assignments and responsibilities as assumed or
requested by supervision. - Corporate Social Responsibility: Prepare annual
events calendar in consultation with QAS and MQA/QAM. Liaise with external
organizations like EEG, Dubai Municipality etc if need bes for the preparation
of the same. Ensure all relevant records for CSR activities in soft and hard
copies as necessary. - Applications Administration (Q Pulse/SharePoint etc):
Provide administrative support and/or work as administrator for various
applications like Q Pulse, SharePoint and Oracle Learning Management
application. Maintains and update the SharePoint homepage for Quality
Assurance department and DNAO - Administrative Support: Provide day to day
administrative support as the need arises in terms of IT, staff
attendance/absenteeism, office maintenance and other related issues.
Coordinate nomination for quality related conferences/seminars/workshops like
Ideas Arabia conference, International Quality Congress etc.
Qualifications & Experience: - Experience: Quality Assurance : 3+ Years
Vocational or Diploma (12+2 or equivalent) : - Knowledge: In a business,
engineering or scientific discipline Experience in a similar sized
international airline, ground handling company, aviation services business or
other large services sector organization. Basic awareness of a TQM based
environment. Good understanding of the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management
Systems and quality tools. Relevant knowledge of training, course development.
