The Role
* Perform export administration tasks • Prepare proforma invoices for customers • Prepare shipping instructions and coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, suppliers and inspection companies • Prepare shipping/export documents (BL, Commercial invoice, COO, Packing list, Cargo tracking notes ) to ensure customers’ clearance of goods at destination • Provide continuous communication to the customers & orders follow-up with the suppliers, shipping lines and banks • Update and follow-up third parties invoices’ settlement • Follow-up potential customers’ claims • Comply with Internal KPI and back up process • Knowledge of LC is compulsory with knowledge of ISBP and UCP
Requirements
* Tagalog Speaker • Comply with Internal KPI and back up process • Knowledge of LC is compulsory with knowledge of ISBP and UCP • English communication skill • Excellent in external and internal communication skills • Technical skills for MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook • Basic accounting skills
