What you'll be doing
* Liaise between the retail stores & suppliers
* Supplier Delivery Follow up as against the Purchase Orders that will need to be raised on day-to-day basis
* Coordinate with commercial team and buying team to optimize assortment
* Customer centric mindset to drive improvements in Inventory Optimization
* Store to Store Transfer of Stocks based on replenishment planning
* Review Order Acknowledgment, price changes and analyze impact
* Highlight non-conformities of product, documentation of service, claims, invoicing issues & PO Credits.
* Support Demand & Supply Planning Team for all process improvements
* Support Internal & External stakeholders for plan v/s actuals tracking POs
* Coordination with warehouse teams in the region for timely deliveries of supplies as per PO
What you 'll need to succeed
* Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or Business management background
* English speaker
* Accuracy and Attention to detail
* Extremely good organizational skills
* Advanced Excel skills
