Your
Project:
Lead and coordinate Training Admin digitization and automation initiatives for
repetitive and manual processes (e.g. training roster, training room booking,
tracking reports, GD invoicing) and ensure timely delivery and smooth
functioning after implementation
*
For automation initiatives, set up required Power BI reports/trackers to be
updated on regular basis
*
Day-today support to Training Admins:
Announcement and close monitoring of training enrolments and follow-up with
the GDs to get nominations on time
*
Keep track of the trainer activity schedule and training room schedule
*
Coordinate training logistics (e.g. hotel, catering, training material)
*
Training systems management support using GTLS, GEMS/Alice & QlikSense (e.g.
user registrations, cancellations, course publishing, feedback forms, reports)
*
General correspondence with GDs & Global Training
*
Training room planning & arrangements
*
Training events support, e.g. GDTE
*
Your Profile:
Educational Background
(Under) Graduate in business administration or similar
*
Technical knowledge
Microsoft Office knowledge especially MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
*
Project management experience
*
Strong Power BI skills
*
Excellent English language skills
*
Knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps is an advantage
