The Role
Job Description: • Provide comprehensive support to the Project Manager
regarding expansion and development. • Read, prepare reports (related to
projects)and understand layouts (fitout, MEP) • Update all software, reports,
follow up on schedule, coordinate between internal departments and suppliers •
Conduct research and prepare presentations • Provide admin support on a day to
day tasks (update all software, reports, follow up on schedule, coordination
between internal departments and suppliers)
Requirements
Position Title: Project Assistant Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to
8K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus housing

Qualifications: • Open to Asian nationals • 30 years old and below • Minimum 3
years’ experience in a similar role preferably with background in Fit out or
construction project management • Knowledgeable with project management
softwares (Microsoft Projects, Monday.com, etc.) • Must be in Abu Dhabi or
willing to relocate in Abu Dhabi • Must be available to join immediately
