Job Description:
Some of the common duties and responsibilities of a program coordinator:
* Developing and maintaining the wellness program's goals, objectives, and strategies
* Coordinating and communicating with the resort's management, staff, guests, and vendors
* Managing and supervising the wellness program's staff
* Creating and managing the wellness program's budget and resources
* Evaluating and reporting the wellness program's progress and outcomes
* Solving any issues or problems that may arise during the wellness program's implementation
Desired Skill & Expertise:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in hospitality management, wellness management, or related field
* At least 2 years of experience in managing wellness programs or similar projects in a resort setting
* Excellent communication, organizational, teamwork and leadership skills
* Proficient in using online platforms and tools such as Microsoft Office, Hotel booking systems, Spa software, etc.
* Passionate about wellness and customer satisfaction
