What you’ll do
You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:
* Responsible for day-to-day Room Service operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
* Warmly greet guests when they call Room Service, answer menu-related questions, recommend and upsell menu items for maximum guest satisfaction.
* Maintain an immaculate outlet and uphold service standards with the support of the team members.
* Train and mentor the entire team of waiters to ensure their knowledge and guest assistance skills are top-notch.
* Embody our values of Passion, Personality, Respect, Working Together, and Creativity in daily tasks to create a lasting legacy.
* Ensure revenue targets are achieved and exceeded while controlling costs within pre-set budgets, including beverage cost and other expenses.
* Participate in daily team briefings to stay informed about hotel happenings and upcoming service.
* Collaborate with other departments when required to maintain impeccable outlet presentation, cleanliness, and maintenance of furniture, equipment, floors, fixtures, and fittings

Salary: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
