JOB SUMMARY
The Service Admin Coordinator will provide necessary support to the Service
team. He/she will be a reference point for colleagues by keeping schedules,
and providing feedback, documentation and information.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

* Coordinate sales service by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
* Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
* Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
* Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
* Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
* Monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
* Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
* Other duties and responsibilities requested by the Head of Service & service team


Requirements to apply



  • Immediately available candidates (visit/tourist visa, family sponsored, or on a visa cancellation)

  • Fluency in English language (Speaking & writing)

  • Proficiency in MS Office tools

  • Holder of a bachelor degree in Business Administration or relevant field

  • Well organized and responsible with an aptitude for problem-solving
