Summary:

The role of the Transformation Agent - Medical Coder is a dynamic role and
integral to the modernization and transformation of the clinical
coding/mapping process for pricelists. They leverage cutting edge technology
to revolutionize the way pricelists are mapped, customizes and adapts system
rules according to medical billing practices in different network countries.
Uncovers valuable insights from data analysis to enhance coding efficiency,
speed, accuracy, consistency and quality all while maintaining compliance to
market. and coding regulations.

Main Tasks:

Transforming Pricelist Coding
* Analyze coding data, identify trends and errors, and provide insights for further automation and improvement.
* Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate coding solutions within workflows and to enhance speed and accuracy of coding through automation, NLP, machine learning, and AI.
* Develop and maintain machine learning models, customize coding rules and utilize NLP algorithms to automate coding service items in pricelists, in compliance with the medical billing practices, coding guidelines, standards and regulatory requirements in various network markets, using available online tools or in-house solutions.
* Conduct testing and validation to ensure reliability and effectiveness of coding/tool solutions.

Others
* Attends and contributes to other relevant committees and meetings as required.
* Contributes to other improvement projects as necessary.
* Assists in the development and compliance with relevant procedures and policies which are directly or indirectly medical coding related.
* Contributes to activities which increase quality & efficiency outputs.
* Stay updated with advancements in automation, NLP, machine learning, AI, data analysis, and coding practices.
* Provide guidance and training to coding teams on tool usage and medical billing practices.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's / master's Degree; Medical background preferred.


• Medical Coding Certified by AAPC, AHIMA or PMI


• Certification or Experience in AI and Machine learning Tools and Software


• ‎2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
