Remote Communication Assistant
Job Description:
* Manage student registrations, service billing and payment tracking;
* Manage schedules, holidays and other personnel aspects;
* Coordinate with teachers, tutors and the educational director;
* Organize and manage the appointments of the director;
* Manage requests by e-mail and answer questions from parents and students;
* Communicate regularly with parents to inform them of their children 's progress and of important events or changes;
* Manage social networks and create relevant content;
* Create and edit videos for online platforms and social media;
* Update the website and other communication channels;
* Assist in the planning and implementation of online meetings or special events.
Job Requirements:
* Experience in administration and communication;
* Time management and organization skills;
* Mastery of common IT tools and social media platforms;
* Customer service and communication skills;
* Ability to work independently;
