Medical Center Administrator
Job Description:
Advising clients of the center on the services provided and their cost.
Meeting patients and their coordination in the medical center.
Receiving and forwarding telephone calls, making appointments with
specialists of the medical center (call-center).
Maintaining a database of patients, correctly entering information into the
CRM system. Compliance with company standards.
Job Requirements:
Higher education, competent speech, good memory, the ability to memorize and
analyze large amounts of information.
Experience in the private healthcare and service industries is preferred.
Knowledge in the field of service, sales of services and the psychology of
communication is welcome.
Excellent PC skills.
