About this role

To build and drive our regional sales efforts in our Dubai office we are
looking for a senior sales specialist. Our sales team identifies, evaluates,
and pursues new business opportunities with financial services firms and non-
financial companies in defined target markets whilst deepening existing client
relationships.
In this role you drive and accelerate the company's rapid growth in the Middle
East, concentrating on UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain and Kuwait. Travels
within GCC as required for the role.


Your responsibilities


  • Build up a high-performance sales culture in Dubai closely aligned with local client requirements and new business wins

  • Execute a comprehensive strategy for growing the company's presence profitably with defined financial institutions across target markets

  • Generate new leads and business opportunities

  • Coverage and upsell of existing clients in the region

  • Exceed agreed sales and net revenue targets by winning platform and enterprise contracts

  • Ensure relevant positioning and strategy for target markets

  • Understand, translate, and map clients' business requirements to additiv' s offering and help clients evaluate its benefits and value

  • Represent additiv at industry events and conferences

  • Work with team members to improve sales-related processes

  • Provide accurate and timely management information, including pipeline updates, activity reports, bid reviews, project forecasts

  • Provide feedback to the Product team regarding potential enhancements


Your qualifications, skills and experience


  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or business/finance

  • Solid understanding of digital wealth solutions and technology-based investment platforms

  • Minimum of ‎3 years of SaaS and Platform consulting/sales experience in banking and financial institutions

  • Knowing and understanding local culture and business practices in the Middle East

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills at senior management level

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English, additional language skills as Arabic are welcomed
