Client Onboarding Staff
Job Description:
* Participation in the customer welcome program
* Product Demonstrations
* Loading information in the system (SalesForce)
* Make calls to customers to find out their experience with the Company, both in service, product, etc.
* Carry out calls for massive activities with clients
* Inform about the use that the client makes of the product.
* Develop recommendations to improve customer satisfaction
Job Requirements:
* Knowledge of Office, especially Excel and Word
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills
* Possess strong customer orientation
* Have experience in customer service
* Creative ability to improve processes and create added value.
* Organizational capacity, time management and analytical capacity.
