About the Role
We are currently offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual
with a passion for photography. We are seeking a Real Estate Photographer to
produce photos and videos.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Photoshoot interior & exterior of property listings; Photos & Videos
* Expertise in residential and commercial property photoshoots
* Retouch, enhance & edit the photos on Adobe Suite Applications
* Organize, plan and schedule photoshoots efficiently
* Resizing & watermarking the photos for online publishing.
* Obtain necessary permits for the photoshoot.
* Collaborate with marketing team for promotional shoots and company events.
What we need:
* Have a strong portfolio
* Minimum 6 months professional photography experience in Real Estate
* Have a solid and impressive real estate portfolio
* Comprehensive knowledge of photography, lenses, lighting and equipment
* Professional Expert with Adobe Creative Suite
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, follow detailed instructions & multiple deadlines
